  • DIY You can create or adjust any makeup look yourself with the controls on the page. You can use your AI as much as you want or not at all.

Troubleshooting

ChatGPT can open the site but cannot use its tools
  1. Use the built-in browser in the latest ChatGPT desktop app and start the chat in Work mode.
  2. Open Browser settings on the top right of ChatGPT desktop app, select Permissions, and turn on Enable site tools.
  3. Reload . Select the arrow in the address bar to confirm that site tools are available, then approve ChatGPT’s website-access prompt.

If Enable site tools is missing, update ChatGPT and check that your account, selected model, and workspace allow site tools.

See it on me will not work
  1. Select Allow when the site asks for camera access.
  2. On Mac, open System Settings → Privacy & Security → Camera and enable ChatGPT. On Windows, open Settings → Privacy & security → Camera, then enable Camera access and “Let desktop apps access your camera.”
  3. Restart ChatGPT after changing computer permissions.
ChatGPT used the wrong page or stopped seeing the tools

Keep open in the active built-in browser tab. Site tools belong to the page that provides them and do not carry over to another tab or website. Return to this page, reload it, and ask ChatGPT to use the current page.
